Smallholder farmers in Uganda are unable to make a decent living from their produce, due to a lack of technical expertise and inadequate access to international markets.

Godson Export Commodities collects, processes and exports Chia seeds grown by smallholder farmers. They transform the lives and livelihoods of rural farmers socially and economically by enabling them fairly participate in nutritional food value chains in the international market.

Godson pay a guaranteed price to the farmers for their produce. They are currently exporting to Germany and Kenya.
