Exciting Volunteer Opportunity to launch HSBM in Africa
YSB is currently expanding into Tunisia, Togo and Uganda, where it plans to initiate a Holistic Social Business Movement Program. The aim of this program is to
- Promote social business initiatives in these countries through building of capacities for relevant stakeholders, including local development agencies, government agencies, representative Civil Society Organizations, locally based microfinance institutions or NGOs, and potential youth social business entrepreneurs, to be familiarized with social business vision, mode and requirements.
- Set up incubator funds in Togo and Tunisia in order to invest in Social Businesses which generate direct impact on youth entrepreneurship and youth employment in poor areas, focusing on gender, environment, green energy, and rural agriculture and non-agriculture businesses.
