Veerle Daenen, Project Manager YSB Haiti Initiative
Areas of expertise at YSB: Project management, Design of operations and strategy for the YSB Haiti Initiative
Prior to YSB, Veerle was a Management Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group in New York City and Amsterdam. Her early professional experiences include Management Consulting at Oliver Wyman and Finance and fundraising at The Institute of Cancer Research. She also co-founded a company in the Healthcare manufacturing industry Veerle holds a M.Sc. in Physics with Theoretical Physics from Imperial College London and will pursue an MBA at Stanford Graduate School of Business starting this fall.
Andrea Pérez Castro, Social Business Consultant
Areas of expertise at YSB: Consulting for Social Business entrepreneurs in Albania, providing business plan advisory and investment due diligence services.
Prior to YSB, Andrea was Assistant to the Executive Directors for Central America and Belize at the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington, DC. Previously, she was Project Manager and Industrial Engineer at Tindall Corporation, where she managed facility expansion and process improvement projects in the construction industry. Andrea is co-Founder and VP of Public Relations for Mentoring for El Salvador, an e-mentoring program for low income high school students in her country.
Andrea holds an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech.

Rodolfo Graziani, Social Business Consultant
Areas of expertise at YSB: Business Development; Training Weeks for Corporations and NGOs; direct support to the Project Manager for writing investment proposals and reviewing business plans
Rodolfo Graziani is an aspiring social entrepreneur. Together with Régis Pradal, he won the London School Economics Social Enterprise Competition (2010) and was a finalist at the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship’s “Emerge” Business Idea Competition in Oxford (2010) as well as the Meltwater Scholarship Competiton in Amsterdam (2009).
Before joining YSB, Rodolfo worked in private wealth management and agribusiness. Right after YSB, he moved to Madagascar where he helped design the country’s first large social business project. Rodolfo studied International Relations at LSE and speaks five languages.

Abhishek Garg, Volunteer at Yunus Social Business
Areas of expertise at YSB: Consulting for Social Businesses in Albania, Social Business Business plan advisory, Social Business Investment Due-Diligence analysis
Prior to YSB, he was an Associate at The Boston Consulting Group in Mumbai where he was focusing on advising companies in financial services & industrial goods sectors on a variety of strategic and operational issues.
Previously, he has also worked with UBS Investment Bank in Hong Kong as an Analyst (Intern). Abhishek holds a Bachelor in Technology (Hons.) in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi (IIT).
Régis Pradal, Social Business Consultant for the Yunus Social Business Haiti Initiative
Areas of expertise at YSB: Design of an Operations Manual for the YSB Haiti Initiative; direct support to the Project Manager for writing investment proposals and reviewing business plans
Régis Pradal is an aspiring social entrepreneur. In 2010, he won the London School Economics Social Enterprise Competition and he was a finalist at the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship’s “Emerge” Business Idea Competition in Oxford. Before joining YSB, Régis worked as an Analyst at the London School of Economics Management Department. His main research work focused on Social Entrepreneurship; Social Innovation and Social Change; Diffusion of Innovation; Societal Foresight and Prediction Markets. In particular, he participated in the European research project “Social Entrepreneurs as Lead Users for Service Innovation” (SELUSI). Régis studied International Management and Economics at LSE and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He also holds an MA in European Studies from the College of Europe.
Luisa De Simone, Social Business Consultant on Albania
Areas of expertise at YSB: Business Development; Social Business Lab for Corporations, NGOs and aspiring social entrepreneur in Albania; strong support of the Yunus Social Business Initiative in Albania.
Luisa is currently finishing her Master of Finance in Rome. She is writing her Master thesis on Microfinance, Social Business and Innovative Instrument to finance Cultural Initiatives.
She previously worked at Confindustria which specializes in Human Resources, Young Enterpreneurs and Cultural policies.
Max von Holleben, Project Manager, Visiting Volunteer from the Boston Consulting Group
Areas of expertise at YSB: Advisory Services, Business Development
Max has been a consultant in the Munich Office of The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since 2009. Within BCG, he focuses on the Health Care and the Social Impact Practice Areas.
Max did his Ph.D. in molecular Immunology at the University Hospital in Düsseldorf. He holds a M.Sc. in Biology which he accomplished at the University of Cologne and the Weizmann Institute of Science, Rehovot, Israel.
Kali Gyau Dodi, Social Business Consultant
Area of expertise at YSB: Preparing and analyzing social business plans, providing business advisory services, writing proposals for YSB initiatives in Africa, Haiti and Albania.
Prior to YSB, Kali worked as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs in their New York office. She has experience in Process Improvement, Risk Management, Client Due Diligence and Financial Industry Compliance.
She holds an international MBA from INSEAD in France and has studied abroad in Singapore and the United States.
Nura Froemel, Social Business Consultant
Areas of Expertise at YSB: Business Development; direct support to the Haiti Initiative Project Manager for writing funding proposals and marketing activities
Prior to YSB, Nura completed a certificate on Social Business and Poverty eradication at HEC Paris. The concept of Social Business is not new to Nura as she already successfully organized a series of lectures on the topic at her previous university.
She gained her early professional experience through multiple internships in different industries and functions dealing with strategic as well as marketing related questions.
Nura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Tuebingen and a Master of Sciene degree in Marketing from HEC Paris.
Lussi Seoylemezian, Project Manager YSB Haiti Initiative
Areas of expertise at YSB: Project Manager for the YSB Haiti Initiative, responsible for analyzing entrepreneurial business plans, leading the due diligence process, designing of operations and strategy for the Haiti Initiative
Prior to YSB Lucy was an auditor with PwC in Bulgaria, Poland, UK and Mongolia for 5 years with experience in industries such as Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, Pharma, Manufacturing, Construction, Mining and Logistics. She is an ACCA candidate.
Lucy holds BA in International Business with UNWE, Bulgaria and New Europe Master in Banking and Entrepreneurship with UniCredit, Italy.
Lucy will pursue an MBA at INSEAD, starting in January 2013 in Singapore.

Chris Wichert, Social Business Consultant
Areas of Expertise at YSB: Developing investor reporting and impact measurement tools for our social business incubator funds; providing business advisory services; supporting the Haiti Initiative.
Prior to joining YSB, Chris worked as an analyst in J.P. Morgan's investment banking division in Frankfurt and London. He has significant experience in Corporate Finance, Project Management and Client Due Diligence.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management.
Tara Mühlschlegel, Administration Assistant
Area of expertise: HR and Office management, knowledge management
Tara is currently studying International Business Administration at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
After graduating from High School Tara did a voluntary Year of Service at the Baha'i World Centre in Haifa, Israel. Additionally, she has been involved for several years in the JuniorYouth Programme of the Hermann Grossmann Institut, which enables Youth to become more aware of their environment and actively improve their community.
